My journey from unhealthy to whole.

My fitness journey began with bulimia, gaining it back, and then breakthrough. The “by-product” became physical fitness. The road to health is a journey far more mentally inciting than physical. Like any deep journey of pain and labor, a rep on the body is the same as any on a soul level in my experience. For me, I’ve never found success before first renewing my mind. It’s abandoning a lie to marry truth. It’s foreclosure on fear. Moving forward anyway when the sting becomes great. Whether it’s losing a loved one, experiencing great loss, or great failure; it’s choosing to do the reps anyway. Choosing to get back up. Choosing to mold character and craft for a greater cause. It’s becoming dangerous... but in a good way. On my best or my worst, it’s called hope and faith when it seems the most unnecessary. Usually, at the darkest of times. For the last decade, I’ve had the pleasure to work with tremendous clients and make many great friends along the way! So, for the first time, our business is fully functional online!
